Responsibilities:

You will support our customers in using our software.
You will analyze customer projects and assist with unresolved issues.
You will evaluate customer feedback to improve our products.
Optional: You will conduct online training sessions.

Qualifications:

Vocational school, technical training, or degree in building services engineering: Regardless, we are looking for someone who is passionate about their job
Good communication skills.
Enjoyment of sharing knowledge.
Strong verbal skills, especially on the phone.
