    About the Role: Senior Property Manager at Colliers



    • Manage a commercial real estate portfolio for our clients.

    What You'll Do:

    • Oversee operations, finances, and relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
    • Consult with clients to provide innovative solutions and add value.
    • Lead a dynamic team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate management.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
    • Valid real estate license.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Experience with real estate software like YARDI, MRI, etc.
    • Knowledge of financial reports and business fundamentals.

    Bonus Skills:

    • CPM and/or RPA certification preferred.
    • Understanding of market cycles and strategic planning.
    • Proven track record in budget management and expense control.

    • Develop and lead property management staff effectively.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors.
    • Expand business through key client interactions.
    • Proactively anticipate and address challenges.
