Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director to join our team. The Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting the overall management and operations of the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for education administration and strategic planning.
Duties:
- Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations and strategic planning initiatives
- Educate and mentor staff members to ensure high performance and professional development
- Manage budgeting processes and financial resources effectively
- Collaborate with leadership team to implement organizational policies and procedures
- Support in developing and executing longterm goals and objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Proven experience in education administration or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent strategic planning abilities to drive organizational growth
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
Pay:
From $31,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Teaching: 3 years (required)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Spring, TX required)
