Job Overview:


Duties:


  • Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
  • Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals and provide exceptional service
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Conduct interviews, hire, train, and schedule employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Oversee merchandising and ensure the store is visually appealing
  • Manage payroll and monitor expenses to optimize profitability
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with cash registers
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
  • Proficient in shift management, including scheduling and delegating tasks
  • Familiarity with inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques
  • Good phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
