Annual Range:
$60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)

With multiple services including nuclear imaging, vascular ultrasounds, and echocardiograms, our practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology for diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases.

We are committed to guiding our patients towards improved cardiovascular health and quality of life.

The Clinical Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing both the clinical and administrative facets of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while maintaining operational excellence.

Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Operations, the CS will utilize their leadership and clinical expertise to make autonomous decisions, fostering a productive and positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

High school diploma or equivalent.
23 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
Proficient knowledge of medical clinic operations, including patient care workflows.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated leadership ability, ensuring staff accountability and operational efficiency.
Strong problemsolving skills and creativity in management practices.
Excellent organizational skills, cultural competency, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
23 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
Proficient knowledge of medical clinic operations, including patient care workflows.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated leadership ability, ensuring staff accountability and operational efficiency.
Strong problemsolving skills and creativity in management practices.
Excellent organizational skills, cultural competency, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

23 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
Proficient knowledge of medical clinic operations, including patient care workflows.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated leadership ability, ensuring staff accountability and operational efficiency.
Strong problemsolving skills and creativity in management practices.
Excellent organizational skills, cultural competency, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional Saturdays and the possibility of overtime as needed to meet clinic demands.

Benefits:

Medical Benefits (50% coverage by employer, available upon start).
Lump Sum sick time (40 hours, after 90 days).
401k with employer contribution.
Vacation time accrual from start date (40 hours first year, increases yearly).
