YoungCapital is a recruiting company that connects candidates with suitable companies in Orono, MN.

Support Ticketmaster clients in all their event management needs.

This includes building events, making updates to events based on work requests from clients and supporting clients that self-program events using Ticketmaster's product suite.


What will you do:


  • Program events accurately and according to best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Input event data into Ticketmaster Ticketing Systems and resolve any related errors
  • QA event configurations to ensure quality levels are met
  • Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
  • Accurately record event management information in Salesforce throughout the different stages of the event lifecycle
