The UPS Store in Mt. Kisco is seeking qualified Retail Associates to help us grow our business in a fun and energetic work environment. As an owner operated franchise, we take pride in the high level of customer service our associates deliver to each and every customer who walks through our door
Daily responsibilities include, receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. We train our Associates to expertly advise our valued customers by providing accurate information on the array of products, services, and best-value options.
The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.
