experienced Dispatch Coordinator.

You Are:

EXPERIENCED:Previous scheduling / dispatch experience, preferred in construction or related industry; previous customer service experience
-
ANALYTICAL:Critical thinker with strong attention to detail; ability to problem-solve with creative solutions
-
A SELF-STARTER:Utilize time management to successfully manage multiple competing priorities; ask questions and seek out information
-
A COMMUNICATOR:Effectively communicate, both verbally and written, to varied levels of audiences

What You'll Do:

-
COORDINATE:Answer inbound service and repair calls from customers, enter orders and dispatch service based on urgency and location
-
ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS:Issue purchasing orders, vendor invoices, collections, and billing

ORGANIZE:Prioritize customer requests, prepare daily routes, and schedule technicians
-
CONTACT:Communicate with technicians regarding job status and help to resolve customer concerns
-
DOCUMENT:Process completed job orders, administer contracts, and update client files
