When you join us as anInsurance Verification Representative you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders
- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Obtain information on the patient's eligibility status with insurance companies to ensure proper coverage and payment for services
- Work closely with insurance providers and referring physicians' staff to obtain necessary patient history and notes in order to expedite processing.
- Properly analyze various payor eligibility responses to find the information needed to complete verifications
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the RIS system for each patient, according to established standards
You Are:
- Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
- Able to demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, vendors & referring physicians
- Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing worldclass customer service
To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
Pay Range:
USD $ USD $18.00 /per hour Shift:
Mornings Shift Variations:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
