Department Overview:


The department of Corporate Services, with approximately 1,600 employees, focuses on digitalization, logistics, procurement, and particularly on construction and facility management for owned and leased administrative buildings and rehabilitation clinics throughout the country, covering a total area of 1,500,000 square meters.

As part of the investment strategy, the department will plan and implement several major construction projects over the next 10 years.


Your Responsibilities:
With a holistic and interconnected perspective, you will be responsible for developing a sustainable and future-oriented supply strategy for all properties of DRV Bund (German Pension Insurance Association) as a representative of the client


Your tasks will include:

  • Managing and leading a team of approximately 15 engineers within interdisciplinary project teams and in collaboration with external planning offices
  • Designing, controlling, and monitoring the technical development in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation (HVAC), for example by defining technical goals, standards, and requirements for major projects
  • Proactively and crossdepartmentally conceptualizing and coordinating the futureproof HVAC supply in terms of costeffectiveness and sustainability

Your Profile:
With a strong conceptual understanding, you work independently and in a structured manner.

You combine a high level of implementation skills with leadership competence and also have:


  • A successfully completed university degree (Master's or Diploma) in the field of supply or building technology or a comparable qualification
