Description

At our location in Munich, at the site of a major automotive manufacturer, we are looking for a full-time employee to join our team.

Your mission will be to take on responsibility for the budget of your department, ensuring quality control, and managing revenue and results through KPIs.

You will also be responsible for analyzing monthly and quarterly results and implementing appropriate measures.

Your tasks will include coordinating maintenance and repair teams, ensuring compliance with technical and legal regulations, and fostering collaboration with colleagues.

You will lead and supervise a team of object managers, foremen, and other skilled workers, as well as communicate with customers and superiors.

Additionally, you will work closely with the recruiting team to select and hire employees for your department. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you identify potential for additional work and negotiate for it.
