Your responsibilities

Independent processing of orders in sales support.
Coordination between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure a smooth process.
Recording and checking orders in the merchandise management system.
Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely delivery.
Communication with suppliers and logistics partners.
Documentation and maintenance of order data, as well as creating corresponding reports.

Your profile

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in sales support in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
Proficient in merchandise management systems.
Organizational skills and the ability to keep track of tasks even during high workloads.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken.
