- Manage projects from start to finish to enhance business performance meeting timeline and budget requirements.
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives using problem-solving techniques and capital resources.
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to eliminate non-value add activities.
- Collaborate with a CI Team to establish and implement CI strategies.
- Assist with future capital budget planning and monitor current year's performance.
- Prepare capital expenditure requests with project rationale and business cases.
- Evaluate new technologies and best practices.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure performance objectives are achieved.
- Provide support to Engineering and Quality functions as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or in progress.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement projects.
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, or similar quality certifications.
