Description
ArianeGroup is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) for their Fort Worth location.This position will be part of the Quality Assurance Orbital Propulsion LAM-JQO department, focusing on electric propulsion systems and components.
The main responsibilities will include project management of the Quality Assurance work package oQoToC as a Quality Manager, as well as ensuring the quality of suppliers.
Key tasks in the Quality Management areas will include:- Reviewing customer product and quality assurance requirements and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards
- Ensuring correct implementation of product and quality assurance rules, including adherence to company processes within the project framework
- Monitoring and controlling all product and quality assurance activities, coordinating with all necessary disciplines (e.g. quality assurance for engineering and MAIT, supply quality assurance, EEE, RAMS)
- Actively managing the interface with the customer regarding product and quality assurance aspects, including internal and external reporting
- Defining, creating, and delivering required product assurance documentation and data packages
- Conducting important milestone meetings (MIPs, KIPs, TRRs, TRBs, DRBs, etc.), consolidating the risk register, and monitoring the implementation of risk mitigation measures
- Coordinating and addressing disruptions, anomalies, and nonconformances
- Supporting the creation and management of RFDs & RFWs
- Coordinating, conducting, and documenting lessons learned within the project, implementing preventive measures for future
