    Description

    File Clerk - St. Cloud, MN 56303

    Position Type: 6+ month assignment to start (potential to extend/convert)

    Pay: $20.00 per hour W2

    Schedule: 40 hours per week; M-F *overtime available*

    o Perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation and execution, filings and/or recordings at all jurisdictional levels

    o Assist internal/external customers and/or vendors with document fulfillment and problem resolution

    o Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors and jurisdictional agencies

    o Assist customers, team members and/or vendors with training on all products, jurisdictional requirements and company databases using a consultative approach

    Qualifications:

    o Associate's degree OR 1 year of experience in a fast paced environment

    o Any experience working with banking documents or titles is nice to have

    o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook along with excellent data entry skills
