Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with booking accommodations
- Handle cancellations or modifications to existing reservations efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions in the database
Experience:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
