Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team.

As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations in the kitchens and potential other areas of VA clinics in the area.

Your leadership and attention to detail will ensure that all staff and patients have a clean and healthy environment.


Duties:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff if necessary, ensuring they adhere to established standards and procedures
• Coordinate and schedule cleaning activities to ensure efficient and timely service
• Inspect areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability when needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle any complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations
• Oversee laundry operations, including the proper handling of linens

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of custodial and commercial cleaning practices is a plus
