Position Summary:

Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
Create clear and insightful data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Interpret data findings and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure data integrity and security by adhering to best practices in data management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and continuously seek opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities within the organization.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with expertise in data manipulation and analysis tools.
Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of Work:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with flexible schedule based on program requirements. Involves travel to local office and industry events with potential for early morning, evening, and weekend work if needed.
