Initiating and implementing sales measures
Recruiting and developing your team (m/f/d) with our support
Managing the training and further education of your business partners with a selection of over 200 seminars
Providing customer advice to the clients you directly manage

You have:
a positive and entrepreneurial attitude
leadership skills and teamwork abilities
permission in the banking, real estate or insurance sector according to § 34d, c, i and/or f
