Key Responsibilities:
- Empowerment and Support: Serve as the goto HR resource for employees and managers, fostering an inclusive culture, and addressing workplace concerns promptly and effectively.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement HR programs seamlessly, ensuring effective communication and anticipating challenges.
- Employee Relations: Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance, conducting investigations, and collaborating with HR Business Partners and legal counsel as needed.
- Performance Enhancement: Coach leaders through performance concerns, facilitate performance reviews, and ensure fair and equitable treatment across all levels.
- Compliance and Analytics: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while leveraging data and analytics to drive meaningful insights and strategies.
Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 base compensation, with a variable bonus of up to
10% based on market performance
Qualifications:
- Experience and Education: Minimum of 35 years in an HR/Generalist role. California HR certification
strongly preferred - Proactive Problem Solver: Navigate ambiguity with ease, handling multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively.
- HR Expertise: Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a knack for navigating ambiguous situations.
- Empathetic Leader: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, fostering trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
