- Monitor cash needs for multiple trusts on a daily/weekly basis and authorize transfers
- Monitor, manage and maintain relationships with Banks, Investment Consultants and Custodians.
- Act as bank portal administrator.
- Reconcile cash and investment accounts within stated timelines
- Conduct some basic accounting and provide support for assigned trust funds
- Review and approve Staff Accountant and Jr. Staff Accountant deliverables
- Educated. BA in Business / Finance / Accounting, or a combination of education & experience
- Knowledgeable. Knowledge of treasury and investment principles and practices
- Experienced. 3+ years of treasury operations. Project management and accounting a plus
- Team Player. Work independently and communicate and collaborate well with others
- Technically Savvy. MS Office tools w/advanced level QuickBooks & Excel
- Starting salary range of $ $44.10 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
