- Stocking new and used vehicles
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Process titles with accuracy
- Auctionbill and finalize wholesale deals
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Transcribe notes and dictations accurately
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Back up registry clerk/cashier
- General clerical duties filling, scanning, faxing
- Previous experience working in an automotive office setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- CVR certified a plus but not required
- Knowledge of CDK software preferred
- Valid drivers license
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
