Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our car wash operations. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the manager to ensure a safe and productive work environment. This is a full-time position with excellent career growth opportunities.


Responsibilities:

• Help ensure a safe work environment for all employees and customers
• Be polite and available to address customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner
• Train employees on how to sell monthly passes, load cars on the conveyer following the loading guidelines and oversee operations when site manager is not on premise
• Guide cars onto conveyor with a smile, giving customers clear instructions both visually and verbally
• Assist in equipment repairs and maintenance
• Keep tunnel, equipment, and property clean
• Keep vacuums unclogged and hoses organized

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of management principles and practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of pointofsale systems is preferred

Pay:
$30, $35,000.00 per year

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Rotating weekends
