Job Description As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the team and management on the overall direction of analytical activities, and data infrastructure and database maintenance.

Analytics and Modeling
Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Provide recommendations to the business for analytic support, testing activities, and quantitative analysis.

Review analytic activities and develop testing and modeling techniques.
Translate data outputs to customers, business partners, and key stakeholders.
Analyze and monitor predictive data models and machine learning tools to help fuel Fannie Mae's innovation and impact.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences 6 years Desired Experiences Bachelor degree or equivalent Skills Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goalExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsThe group of skills related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.

The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictSkilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandExperience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectivesThe group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.

Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionAbility to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and processThe group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operationsDetermining causes of operating errors and taking corrective actionThe group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.

Tools Skilled in AWS Analytics such as Athena, EMR, or GlueSkilled in using Bloomberg ProfessionalSkilled in AWS Database products such as Neptune, RDS, Redshift, or AuroraSkilled in SQLSkilled in TOAD SQL database management toolExperience using SharePointSkilled in TableauSkilled in ExcelSkilled in AWS Compute such as EC2, Lambda, Beanstalk, or ECSSkilled in Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platformsSkilled in Microsoft TeamsExperience using scheduling software to book eventsSkilled in R Language ProgrammingSkilled in Python object-oriented programmingSkilled in AWS Machine Learning tools such as SageMaker, Lex, Polly, or ForecastSkilled in Alteryx for data analytics applications Additional Information The future is what you make it to be.
