- Monitor and evaluate ocean freight performance.
- Analyze total ocean freight costs.
- Ensure compliance with internal control standards.
- Collaborate with Mattel Logistics teams worldwide.
- Coordinate with Indirect Procurement for streamlined processes.
- Assist in freight audit processes.
- Work closely with Finance for reporting and forecasting.
- Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or supply chain management, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Experience with Oracle and Coupa systems is a plus.
- Understanding of supply chain principles and Procure to Pay processes.
- Familiarity with contracting principles and terms.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.

Job Title: Ocean Freight Procurement Analyst
The Global Procurement Logistics team is responsible for sourcing goods and services to support Mattel's worldwide operations. As a Procurement Analyst, you will actively contribute to executing the strategic roadmap, analyze metrics for decision-making, handle RFPs, and implement controls to manage business and compliance risks.
This role focuses on procuring Ocean Freight for Mattel's Global Logistics in alignment with the company's standards. Your tasks will include managing the activity roadmap, creating Procurement KPI dashboards, assisting in RFP processes, analyzing logistics spending, overseeing contracts, and supporting cost management.
