Here at BTS, our mission is to offer accessible, integrated, and inclusive behavioral health services that support clients throughout the criminal justice system. By being part of the BTS team, you are at the forefront of Colorado's behavioral health and criminal justice programs and initiatives.
What we aim for is to create a nurturing environment for client healing, decrease criminal recidivism, help clients progress personally, and collaborate with both the system and the client to achieve mutually agreed-upon objectives.
BTS delivers clinical services, court-related services, and specialized programs for adults connected with the criminal justice system across 9 counties in Colorado.

Clinical Therapist responsibility involves providing evaluations, interventions, education, and support to clients referred by the court and probation due to drug/alcohol usage concerns, primarily with DUI offenders.
The Therapist will work closely with clients to craft personalized service plans, maintain necessary documentation, and deliver trauma-informed clinical care in collaboration with the treatment team.
Location: Lakewood Community Corrections facility
Hours: Full Time
Salary: $55,016 - $56,680/yr (licensure-based)
