- DOH-licensed mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, or holder of a counseling/behavioral sciences master's degree from an accredited institution, with a minimum of two years direct treatment experience under a mental health professional's supervision;
- Individual meeting pre-1986 waiver criteria of RCW
- Prior experience in mental health counseling preferred

Greater Lakes is a mental health center offering diverse services to Pierce County residents. We partner with MultiCare to provide mental health care for Adults and Children, Substance Use Disorder treatment for adults, court and criminal justice programs, homeless support programs, integrated medical care, and a full-service pharmacy.
Greater Lakes PACT program focuses on individuals' recovery, community safety, wellness promotion, independence, and social life functioning improvement in structured residential settings. These services aim to support and rehabilitate individuals with severe mental illness symptoms affecting community living abilities. Over seventy-five percent of services are delivered outside the program office, ensuring convenience and comfort for clients.
Position Summary
The Mental Health Professional role offers an exciting clinical opportunity involving counseling and case management services. You will manage a patient caseload, providing interventions within specified treatment guidelines, policies, and procedures. This position enables active advocacy on behalf of patients.Responsibilities
