JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the highest quality of customer service and hospitality ( Be warm, knowledgeable, interactive, noticeable and professional to guests ).
- Maintain station cleanliness, and understand the proper standards of clearing a table.
- PROFESSIONALLY GRILL THE STEAK CUTS AT TABLE TOP FOR GUESTS.
- PAY 100% ATTENTION TO YOUR TABLES, AND WATCH THE STEAKS ON GRILLS.
- Receive and remember orders; watch the time interval between each dishes; Direct guests with our designed "eating order".
- Become familiar with our menu, ingredients, and kitchen preparations.
- Introduce each dishes to guest professionally.
- Learn the POS and ordering systems comprehensively and use all software with confidence.
