Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review of claim files

Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation for the claim (ie request medical records, employment, police reports etc)

Write and edit demand letters and assignment letters

Perform legal research

Summarize medical or other records, and depositions

Prepare discovery requests, responses, and summaries

Draft and revise legal documents including but not limited to subpoenas, complaints, summons, discovery, etc.

Prepare / send documents for filing through e-filing or courier service ( if needed)

Assist with Pre-Trial and Trial preparation


Pay:
From $66,328.00 per year
