    Description

    Role Overview: As an Integrated Master Scheduler, you will work with project management and external agencies to develop, implement, and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS). You will monitor progress, identify program-wide issues, and optimize project timelines through the development of Critical Paths and SRAs. With your expert coordination, you will enable seamless integration and smooth functional flow throughout the contract.

    • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) in conjunction with project management.
    • Monitor and measure progress, identifying and addressing program-wide issues.
    • Assist in the optimization of project timelines by developing Critical Paths and SRAs.
    • Integrate the activities of all functions in the contract towards achieving project objectives.
    • Promote critical and creative thinking to resolve program conduct problems.
    • Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to project management in both written and verbal form.
    • Create presentations for senior management that include relevant metrics and data explanations.
    • Ensure compliance with contract deliverables related to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
    • Coordinate program-wide review meetings and lead scheduling reviews admirably, showcasing excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Close assigned follow-up actions resulting from program-wide reviews.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules.
    • Proficiency in scheduling tools and software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting project timelines and milestones.
