    Fenix Group SPC is on the lookout for a full-time Master Production Scheduler to leverage incoming sales data, future sales forecasts, and sales history in sync with manufacturing capacity to devise and carry out production schedules for all manufacturing sites. This role plays a crucial part in factoring in available resources at all locations, such as workforce, machinery, and raw materials, to reach set inventory and output objectives.

    A Day in the Life of the Master Scheduler:

    Throughout your day, you will engage in a range of duties, including:

    • Reviewing S&OP data to craft production plans and schedules.
    • Ensuring order specifications like formula, batch size, and start/end times are set to enhance production efficiency, punctual delivery, and optimal stock levels.
    • Collaborating with manufacturing management to grasp capacity, routings, lead times, machinery, and staff availability.
    • Collaborating with R&D regarding raw material and formula adjustments, as well as identifying opportunities to convert stagnant finished goods inventory into marketable products.
    • Coordinating with sales to comprehend customer demand, competitive delivery times, and demand seasonality to meet client anticipations.
    • Spotting capacity bottlenecks and liaising with sales to ensure the viability of adhering to production schedules.
    • Calculating and implementing optimized inventory reorder points and lot sizes based on available data and analysis.
    • Maintaining accurate and current planning and stock management data in our ERP system.
    • Collaborating closely with Buyers to ensure correct execution of production orders and PO releases to support the production timetable.
    • Adjusting the production schedule in response to changes like unexpected equipment downtime or spikes in customer demand. Communicate any modifications to all relevant stakeholders.
    • Generating and circulating reports on production schedule achievement and inventory levels against established goals.
    Attributes to Succeed at Fenix Group SPC
    • 5 years of experience in a supply chain capacity.
    • Proven background in production scheduling and procurement of materials.
    • Proficiency in working with an MRP/ERP platform.
    • Hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or a related field, preferred.
    • Capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities and optimize workflow in a dynamic setting.
    • Advanced computer literacy, including the ability to develop and analyze data reports.
    • Capability to mentor others in mastering the skills linked to production and stock planning best practices.
    • A dedicated and optimistic mindset, eagerness to learn, teach, and catalyze change within the organization.
