- Partner closely with Product Managers to support data-driven product and operational decisions
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring analytical reports
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams
- Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for data-driven optimization initiatives.
- Track the execution status and performance impact of adopted optimization recommendations.
- Analyze pre- and post-implementation results and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Provide follow-up insights and recommendations to ensure continuous improvement and closed feedback loops.
- Act as a data partner for Product, Game Operations, and Business teams
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and consistency
- Assist in clarifying metric definitions and data logic across teams to maintain alignment
- Perform data validation and quality checks to identify inconsistencies or anomalies.
- Contribute to improving data tracking logic, analytical workflows, and documentation.
- Support the development of standardized metrics, definitions, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Solid understanding of metrics, KPIs, and analytical methodologies
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
- Experience in gaming, iGaming, digital products, or high-traffic consumer platforms
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent
- Experience using Python or similar tools for data analysis
- Prior experience working closely with Product Managers or cross-functional product teams
- Interest in data product management or analytics leadership career paths
