Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Secretary. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Generate and maintain tenant rolls/ledgers
Skills:
- Background in accounting preferred
- Prior experience in property management is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Language(s):
English, Tagalog, Spanish

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
