We are a property manangement company that manages numerous tenants across various industries. We are looking for a trustworthy and dedicated Receptionist/Secratary to join our team


Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Secretary. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Generate and maintain tenant rolls/ledgers

Skills:


  • Background in accounting preferred
  • Prior experience in property management is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in file management and record keeping
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

Language(s):
English, Tagalog, Spanish

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
