DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzing and resolving IT system and software issues.
Be able to prioritize and resolve IT issues and escalate serious issues to relevant level 2/3 technicians.
Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and preventative maintenance procedures.
Preparing training content and materials for easyaccess enduser guidance and SOP's.
Documenting processes and maintaining service desk tickets
Making recommendations to optimize IT reliability and to prevent future problems.
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT service needs are met.
Keeping informed of advancements in IT and take advantage of training to increase knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned _

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Indepth and current knowledge of Windows computer programs and hardware.
Proficiency in customer relationships and task management.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar.
IoT/SCADA/Automation networking experience a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and perform computerbased tasks
Comfortable working in an office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, and printers
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds
Comfortable performing physical tasks that may involve bending, stooping and reaching

COMPENSATION:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills.
