Job Description:

As a member of our team, you will primarily focus on corporate law, specifically stock corporation law, limited liability company law, and group law.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation and execution of METRO AG's annual general meeting, as well as collaborating on ongoing projects and participating in meetings.

You will be an essential part of our highly skilled and motivated team.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and experience in corporate law, particularly in stock corporation law, limited liability company law, and group law
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant software and technology
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
Fluency in English and German (preferred)
