Description
What can you expect?
- You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, quality assurance, food presentation and service - your creativity will be challenged
- You ensure smooth operations while maintaining hygiene and quality standards
- You are responsible for inventory management (ordering, receiving, storage) and calculating the cost of the entire menu
- You lead your team in the cafeteria and cleaning department
- You participate in events and functions
What do you need to bring?
- You have completed a professional training as a cook (m/f/d) with an additional qualification as a kitchen manager (m/f/d)
- You have at least 3 years of work experience
- You enjoy preparing food on a daily basis
- You have leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You are characterized by a sense of quality, cost and responsibility, as well as good manners, communication skills, a convincing appearance, personal commitment and flexibility
