    Description
    As a valuable member of our team, you will assist in evaluating and pinpointing potential risks that could jeopardize our reputation, safety, security, and financial prosperity. Collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders is essential to understand and achieve the business objectives.


    IMPACT OF YOUR CONTRIBUTION
    • Support the oversight of Multifamily Lenders and Sponsors
    • Review financial statements of Multifamily sellers, servicers, and sponsor counterparties to assess creditworthiness
    • Conduct risk reviews and technical analysis of counterparties with clear recommendations
    • Perform file reviews and provide risk mitigation recommendations
    • Present analysis findings to senior management effectively
    • Collaborate on projects aligning with company goals


    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 2 years of experience
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience in financial analysis and reporting
    • Knowledge of counterparty credit risk and risk management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Advanced Excel
    • Desired: 5+ years of related experience
    • Ability to analyze financial data for trend identification
    • Experience in business intelligence tools like Tableau
