Role & Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience with the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
Excellent organization, analytical, written and oral communication skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
Must be a confident self-starter who can develop effective business relationships, both internally and externally.
Must be self-motivated, customer-service oriented and eager to ensure the success of the team.
Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision.
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
