Job Description:


Cimarron is seeking a
_Facility Modification Coordinator _with a TS/SCI clearance to support a critical government program in El Segundo, CA.

This program is essential for helping to ensure national security.


Key Duties:


  • Support onsite logistics functions.
  • Work with SAP and interact the U.S. government customer on a daily basis.
  • Perform messenger duties, as needed.
  • Manage and track accountable assets and property.
  • Perform annual inventories.
  • Access the database to monitor and provide customer stock movement at warehouse/storage area(s).
  • Respond to daily requests and work orders related to department functions, including typical office supply deliveries, inktoner service, nameplate engraving, etc.
  • Support Facilities work orders as needed.
  • Coordinate and assist with office moves including ergonomic requests for workstation adjustments, etc.
  • Responsible for courier services and mail processing services for incoming/outgoing mail and package processing and handling, including packing and shipping materials and equipment, as needed.
  • Assist with document collection and destruction processes.
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing transportation requests.
  • Support site fleet vehicle rentals and the coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Communicate with internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities.
  • Assist with procurement and interact with suppliers and buyers when needed.
  • Enter data into SAP.
  • Help develop contract specifications for supplier goods and services and relevant products.
  • Conduct analysis and develop recommendations when required.
  • Provide input and implement process improvements and business solutions.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:


  • Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
  • Must be able to sustain routine physical activities. Custodial Property Officer training will be required/provided for this role.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Material Planning and organizing.
  • Experience using SAP or a similar material management software.
  • Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs on a frequent basis.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Capable of operating material handling equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 10 or more years of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of related experience, or Master's degree and 4 or more years of related experience.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:


  • Active TS/SCI clearance with an adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph.
  • 1 or more years of experience with warehouse operations.
  • 1 or more years of experience with asset inventory and management.
  • Familiar with facilities operations and support.
