Are you an experienced kitchen professional with a knack for organization and efficiency? We're looking for a dedicated Kitchen Expeditor to join our team, specializing in delicious Greek & Mediterranean cuisine.

This is your chance to be an integral part of our weekend operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

Expedite orders during busy service periods, maintaining quality and presentation standards

Monitor food preparation and presentation process, ensuring all dishes are prepared and plated according to recipes and specifications

Assist in final plating and garnishing of dishes before they are sent to the dining room

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen expediting area

Collaborate with chefs and line cooks to streamline workflow and optimize efficiency


Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Expeditor or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Familiarity with Greek & Mediterranean cuisine is a plus

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Flexibility to work part-time on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
