- Act as point of contact for clients, coordinate with on-site Superintendents, and report to Director of Construction
- Interface with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Manage preconstruction activities including constructability review, value engineering, preliminary project budgeting, and scheduling
- Manage and coordinate project team personnel and resources
- Take-off, price, and order project building materials
- Contract administration including preparation of subcontracts, review of subcontractor Applications for Payment, collating lien releases and supporting documentation, negotiating change orders
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, procurement, implementation, and close-out
- Manage regular project meetings with clients
- Manage project budget/financial updates
- Responsible for site safety, cleanliness, and project quality control
- Manage time efficiently to include site visits weekly
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes and standards
- Computer knowledge and proficiency, including MS Office, MS Excel, MS Project, ProCore, Bluebeam
- Critical and creative thinker
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Time management and scheduling proficiency
- Ability to delegate and manage construction team
