- Experience in blended learning approaches with emphasis on digital-first learning.
- Able to co-create and implement impactful solutions with the business, practicing core activities in design thinking - prototyping, experimenting, gathering feedback, iterating, etc.
- Able to quickly diagnose organizational issues and design impactful, scalable solutions.
- Seasoned subject matter expert in learning and human behavior change and deploying global projects.
- Superior presentation, communication, and story-telling skills; able to develop program collateral that conveys transformational concepts.
- Consistently leverages data to prioritize, influence and make decisions.
- Experience working with senior business leaders, HRBP team, peers and organization stakeholders to identify gaps in current programming and implement innovative solutions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to learners at various levels of leadership that is actionable and results in improved performance.
- Strong ability to coach other team members to develop their project management and facilitation skills.

- The salary range for this role is $158,000 - $1197,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.

Job Description
The Director, Global Learning will be part of the Global Talent Development Team and will have both the practical experience and depth of strategic expertise in learning solutions, specifically focused on a digital-first and scalable approaches to leadership and professional development. You will design, develop, scale and program manage critical areas of our talent development function including our global learning strategy, career pathways, mentoring, leadership development experiences, DEIB learning, and implementation of a new global LMS. Your role will be pivotal in building the foundation for a strong learning and the right candidate has a passion for building a strong global culture with a keen focus on developing talent.
