Client Service Advocate (CSA-NR)


The position will play an integral role in supporting our financial advisors throughout the sales process and in building their businesses.

Without this role, our sales advisors couldn't devote full efforts to their clients, therefore, we view this role as central to our success.

This role will help create time efficiencies that allow our advisors to focus on additional revenue generating activities.

_Required Qualifications_
- _3-5 years of experience in customer service or account management_

_Bonus Qualifications_:

- _2 years' experience with CRM data base management and utilization_
- _Ability to assess client needs_
- _Licensing (IL Life and Health Insurance License), Registration (Series 6/7 and Series 63/66_)
- _Professional planning designations (CLU, ChFC, etc)_


Financial Representative Support

  • Handle case notes, process correspondence and maintain client case files
  • File new statements, account forms and other insurance/investmentrelated materials
  • Maintain financial representative's calendar and schedule followup appointments
  • Answer and direct telephone calls as appropriate
  • Preparation for client/prospect meetings
  • Contact clients to set up followup meetings with representative
  • Contact clients to confirm receipt of forms or request return of completed form and maintain current client information
  • Monitor Daily Status Report (DSR) and expedite any additional underwriting requirements
  • Communicate with home office, NMIS and fund families to supply or obtain information

Client Service Support

  • Participate with the support of employing financial representative in various activities of the sales cycle for nonsecurities products
  • Actively participate in conservation of existing nonsecurities business
  • Arrange medical, paramedical and any exams necessary for underwriting
  • Provide current status and account values for nonsecurities related accounts
  • Contact and advise clients regarding late payments and other nonsecurities sales and servicerelated issues
  • Process incoming nonsecurities related insurance service requests from clients (address changes, bank change information, loan requests and ISA service inquiries)

Client Service Support | Variable Insurance/Annuity and Investments

  • Gather information and preparation of portfolio for representative's meeting with clients/prospects
  • Prepare account summaries for variable and securities owners
  • Populate, as necessary, investment related forms to existing clients
  • Monitor Items for Attention (IFA) and bring any action items to the RR's attention
  • Complete order tickets and client onboarding account forms based on information obtained by RR
  • At RR's direction, initiate fund/NMIS transfers, exchanges, and redemption requests
  • Receive and forward checks and related paperwork to the network and home office investment operation areas
  • Work with network office, NMIS and fund families to resolve client account issues

Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
