Training in Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management

In the training to become a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, you will see all the relevant commercial areas and departments that revolve around sales and purchasing. Your tasks will include procuring goods from manufacturers or suppliers, managing inventory, processing orders and deliveries, as well as pricing and calculating offers. In addition, customer care and consultation will be a major part of your work, and you will be responsible for handling payments and complaints. You will learn to work in a team as well as independently and understand how cross-departmental processes are interconnected.

What are your tasks?

You will experience practical training in the purchase and sale of hardware, software, and services
You will accompany the process chain in various departments. You will also document and analyze business processes.
You will learn to organize and monitor deliveries and be responsible for coordinating deadlines.
You will strengthen your communication skills and take care of your first customers.

What do you bring with you?

You have at least a secondary school leaving certificate or high school diploma
Language skills - You convince with good German in spoken and written form and are confident in dealing with the English language. You also visibly enjoy communication.
