Early Childhood Classroom Assistant Float

_ Triumph supports the education, well-being and self-sufficiency of young children and their families through high quality early childhood programs and community engagement._

As an Early Childhood Classroom Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting classroom teaching staff with facilitating and guiding activities for infant/toddler classrooms or preschool classrooms, including maintaining a safe, neat, organized learning environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and high functioning.

Requirements:

Minimum HS Diploma
Must have or commit to enroll in a CDA credential program to be completed in no less than two years from hire, or must be enrolled in a program for an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (tuition assistance is available)
Knowledge and experience in early childhood education & developmentally appropriate practices
Must be able to work successfully in a team setting while remaining flexible to change with a positive approach

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range between $ $24.44/hr. dependent on education and experience

Medical, Dental & Vision; Life Insurance; Short/Long term disability; 403B retirement plan with 5% agency match;

13 paid holidays per year; Paid personal, vacation, and sick time

Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week; 46 weeks per year

Must be available to work a shift between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
