• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for processing transactions
• Knowledge of Limited edition Sneakers is required.
• Knowledge of Social Media and Marketing is a plus
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous
• Ability to maintain stock levels and merchandise displays
• Excellent phone etiquette for customer inquiries
• Proven ability to upsell and crosssell products
