As a leader on our team, you'll implement and maintain quality assurance and control standards, performance metrics, and service level agreements.
You'll work with a dynamic team to provide quality management oversight, participating in the planning, execution, and auditing of quality processes to assess and improve quality delivery throughout the program lifecycle.
You'll work with a team of quality assurance specialists to conduct deliverable quality checks against requirements, facilitate quality reviews, validate accuracy and timeliness, and capture, track, measure and analyze quality performance data.

You Have:
Experience with quality assurance and delivering or providing quality support
Experience as a project leader, collaborating with diverse teams
Experience with trend analysis
Knowledge of quality industry standards
Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks
Ability to identify process improvements and recommend solutions
Ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written form with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives
Ability to obtain a security clearance

Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or FEDSIM programs
Experience with project or program management
