About us

The department for electrical and building technology is responsible for inspecting safety systems in special buildings of all kinds and sizes. As part of approval procedures, we create building law evidence and expert opinions. In addition, our tasks include on-site technical inspections of electrical and medical devices, as well as inspections of systems required for the sustainable use of renewable energies.

Tasks

  • You will start with a multi-stage internal qualification to prepare for the recognition exam as an expert in electrical engineering according to state building regulations (LBO)
  • You will be trained in the inspection of electrical systems, fire alarm and alert systems, as well as safety power supply and emergency lighting systems
  • After training, you will independently carry out initial and recurring inspections of safety systems
  • In addition, you will provide advice to your clients to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
  • With your acquired expertise, you will become an important contact person for our clients and use your network to expand your customer base
