Position Responsibilities

  • Use automated dumpers to dump 55gallon cardboard drums or Cardboard totes full of onion powder onto packaging lines.
  • Stack empty drums on pallet
  • Remove any excess powder from bag/liner
  • Dispose of Liner and stage empties totes for reuse
  • Monitor the inside of the hopper to prevent overfill.
  • Ensure all material inside hopper is empty and ready for the next production run.
  • Check Rescreener after every order/production run
  • Check Magnet after every order/production run
  • Teamwork and Communication with all coworkers, operators and leads
  • Spot weigh containers, when time permits
  • Communicate any Potential Contaminations, Product Spec, Line inefficiencies, and Employee Safety issues to Area Lead or Supervisor immediately
  • Maintain work area clean and safe
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Must pass Criteria testing
  • Ability to read and complete all required paperwork.
  • Ability to perform all required mathematical calculations
  • Good Attendance/Safety/Work Record
  • Ability to work all shifts
  • Able to work overtime
  • Obtain Electric Pallet Jack License
  • Positive Attitude and Team Player
