The Process of Training:
The training to become a specialist for pool facilities lasts for 3 years.

The practical training takes place at the Stader Freizeit und Erlebnisbad Solemio, as well as at the adjacent outdoor pool.

The theoretical lessons are held at the vocational school in Zeven. In addition, various further trainings such as aqua fitness courses or first aid courses are offered.


The main tasks include not only pool supervision, but also monitoring and maintenance of technical facilities, as well as ensuring a smooth operation of the pool.

Furthermore, the trainee is responsible for sauna operations, animation programs for all ages, conducting swimming tests, and in case of emergency, also for rescuing lives.


Your Responsibilities with Us:

  • Conducting supervision and rescue services
  • Monitoring technical facilities and water quality, cleaning and disinfection work
  • Assisting/leading animation programs such as swimming and fitness courses, events such as sauna evenings or outdoor pool events
  • Supporting administrative tasks and public relations, as well as maintaining order and safety
